1. Delivery Charges

Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over Rs 2,000/-

For orders under Rs 2,000/-, GST (4%) and weight-based shipping charges will be added at checkout as follows:

• 0.1kg – 0.2kg: Rs 200/-
• 0.3kg – 1.0kg: Rs 300/-
• 1.1kg – 4.9kg: Rs 500/-
• 5kg and up: Rs 1000/-

2. Delivery Time

• Courier: Leopards Courier Service
• Handling Time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after handling time
• Note: Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan. You can make the payment to the rider upon receiving your parcel.

A: Yes, absolutely! We only use natural wood and bird-safe materials. All our products are designed with your parrot's health and well-being in mind.

Q2: What type of wood is used in your toys?
A: We primarily use natural Kikar, Shisham, and Neem wood. These woods are excellent and safe for birds to chew.

Q3: Does the hardware used in your toys rust?
A: We strive to use high-quality stainless steel chains and galvanized wires/hooks that are resistant to rust. However, we still recommend keeping the toys away from moisture to ensure they stay in great condition for a long time.

Q4: I have a Macaw/African Grey; will your toys withstand their strength?
A: Yes! Our "Mighty Giants Collection" is specifically crafted for large birds. We use thicker wood and reinforced chains designed to withstand the powerful beak strength of large parrots.
